About Marketeer Labs
A marketing team for businesses that never had one.
Marketeer Labs gives small businesses a whole marketing team in one app, led by Kate, an AI CMO, with the owner keeping the final say.

No time, no team, no idea what is working.
Most small businesses run their marketing themselves, in the gaps between serving customers. We built Marketeer so a business with no marketing department can have one, and still keep the final say on every word.
Today's options leave the owner as the project manager: an agency retainer, a part-time freelancer, or five tools with no plan and nobody accountable. Content is no longer the hard part; owning the whole loop is, from the goal to the next campaign.

No. 1
frustration: not knowing what is working

Why now.
The tools changed, and owners are already using them.
AI can now run a whole workflow
Models plan, brief, produce, check and report as one loop, not just write a caption.

Owners are already using AI for marketing
48% of small businesses used AI for marketing in 2025. A separate survey of different owners in early 2026 found 54% already using AI marketing tools and 68% planning to increase marketing budgets. The two surveys asked different people different questions, so they are not one trend.

Trust decides who wins
Brand consistency and data privacy are owners' main worries about AI. An approval-first team, with every post shown word for word before it goes out and a weekly receipt, is built to earn that trust.

Six things we claim, and how we measure each one.
Marketing drafts you can review and put to work. Each claim names its measure: a method, not a result we have achieved.
Does the work, not just tips
Research, copy, creative, publishing and reporting delivered as a complete weekly cycle.
How we measure it
Completed weekly cycles, and how much of the work is accepted with no or minor edits, counted in the Growth programme.
One conversation, one set of drafts
Brief Kate once, not twelve tabs. She coordinates twelve specialists and brings their work back to you.
How we measure it
The minutes an owner spends briefing, reviewing and correcting, recorded in the Growth programme against a baseline week.
Nothing goes live without your yes
Approval-first by design: each post shown word for word before your yes, a fresh yes after any material edit, and on Pro an audit log of every campaign run and campaign sign-off, plus week approvals.
How we measure it
Every campaign run and approval decision, recorded in the audit log on Pro.
Business memory that persists
What you sell, approved claims, brand rules and what worked before, remembered from week to week.
How we measure it
Repeated corrections, and how often a draft is accepted as it is, counted in the Growth programme.
Commercial learning, not vanity metrics
Friday's receipt shows what ran and what the connected accounts reported, says plainly what was not measured, and names the next decision.
How we measure it
How many campaigns can be read against an outcome in an account the owner connected, counted in the Growth programme.
Honest by default, your data yours
No invented case studies. Public nightly benchmarks. Export anytime, and we never train public AI models on your work. A UK company.
How we measure it
The benchmarks and the export paths are public, so anyone can check them.
The numbers are on the proof page, computed when you load it.
How we keep ourselves honest.
The rules we hold ourselves to, written down where you can check them.
No invented case studies
Real results go up when a customer agrees to share them, and not before. Until then the customers page says so.
Public nightly benchmarks, published either way
The same consultant exam is sat on a fixed schedule and marked by a different model. The proof page says which model sat it and what it scored, computed when you load it, including the nights the score is withheld. Benchmarks use invented businesses, never customer data.
Your data is yours
Export your work as PDF, CSV or Word. Delete your account yourself from Settings. We never train public AI models on your work.
Human help is named as human
In the Growth programme a named person helps with onboarding and exceptions, on the same permissions as you, and every hour is logged.
Autonomy, earned in stages.
Kate does more on her own only as the evidence earns it, and not before. The stages marked today are how the product works now; the rest show what would have to be true before we moved.
- Today
Draft only
Where anything new starts. The team drafts; nothing leaves the workspace.
- Today
Publish after your yes
How posts, emails and campaigns work today. You approve each item, or the week in one sitting.
- Later
Auto-publish low-risk organic posts within rules you set
Later, once drafts are being accepted week after week without edits.
- Later
Optimise small paid budgets within strict limits
Later, once the stages before it have been earned on real accounts.
- Later
Reallocate meaningful spend with guardrails
Later, and on the public roadmap. Early customers opt in; nobody is moved onto it.
What never changes: your yes, an honest receipt, and data you can take with you.
In the product the control sits at the draft-for-approval stage on every plan. The higher stages are not switched on for any customer yet. See the roadmap
