Customers

Design partners and case studies. None published yet.

None yet. Real results go up when a customer agrees to share them, with the starting point, the work done and the limits of the evidence stated.

What every case study will have to show.

  1. Where the business started

The offer, the channels, what marketing cost before, and what a good outcome was agreed to look like.

  2. The work completed, cycle by cycle

What was drafted, what was approved as drafted, and what needed changing.

  3. The owner's time, counted

Briefing, reviewing and correcting, in minutes, against what they did before.

  4. What the connected accounts reported

The numbers from the accounts the customer connected, and where the evidence runs out. A platform's attribution is never labelled as the cause of a sale.

  5. Whether the customer continued paying

At full price, after the programme, with no discount for saying yes.

  6. The customer's written permission

Recorded before anything is published, and counted on the proof page.

What the report will not do: claim marketing lift from a simple before and after. Low volumes report lead quality and work accepted instead of a made-up winner.

The permissions count is on the proof page, computed when you load it.

Every signed permission to publish a named customer’s numbers is counted on the proof page, with its query beside it. When that count moves, a case study appears here. Design partners come through the Growth programme, where a named person works alongside the owner and every hour is logged.
