Privacy Policy

Who we are
Marketeer Marketing Systems Ltd is registered in England and Wales. Registered office and contact details available on request to privacy@marketeerlabs.com.
What we collect
- Account data: name, work email, role, workspace membership.
- Workspace content: campaign briefs, brand assets, claims, performance data — processed on behalf of the customer (we are a processor, the customer is the controller).
- Telemetry: anonymised product events (which steps you visit, error reports) for product improvement. Disable via Settings → Privacy.
- Marketing site analytics: aggregate counts only. No personally identifying information.
How we use it
To provide the Marketeer service: authenticating you, generating drafts, routing approvals, producing reports, supporting you. Never to train third-party LLM providers — see sub-processors.
Connected social accounts
If you connect a Facebook Page, Instagram professional account, or LinkedIn profile, we store an encrypted access token and the connected account’s name and id, solely so we can publish the posts you approve. We never post without your approval, and we never receive your social login password. You can disconnect any account at any time from your Marketeer connections page, which deletes the stored token immediately. Removing the Marketeer app from your Facebook settings — or requesting deletion through Facebook — triggers our automated deletion of the data we obtained via that login; you can also email privacy@marketeerlabs.com.
Lawful basis
For customers: legitimate interest in operating the service, plus the data processing addendum signed at contract.
For marketing site visitors: legitimate interest in measuring product interest, with cookies set only after consent (see cookie policy).
Who we share data with
Only the sub-processors listed on the sub-processors page, and only the minimum data required for the specific task.
Retention
Default retention is configurable per data class (briefs, assets, performance, audit log) — see your settings. Audit logs are retained for 7 years and are immutable.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, portability — write to privacy@marketeerlabs.com and we will respond within 30 days.
International transfers
UK and EU customer data stays in our eu-west region. Some sub-processors (OpenAI, Anthropic) process content in the US under EU-approved transfer mechanisms.
