Who we are
Marketeer Labs is a trading name of Stash Invest Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company no. 11300880. Registered office: 35 Helen Thompson Close, Iwade, Sittingbourne ME9 8FX. Data protection contact: gethelp@marketeerlabs.com.
What we collect
- Account data: name, work email, role, workspace membership.
- Workspace content: campaign briefs, brand assets, claims, performance data: processed on behalf of the customer (we are a processor, the customer is the controller).
- Telemetry: first-party product events (which steps you visit, error reports) used only for product improvement. To opt out, email gethelp@marketeerlabs.com.
- Marketing site analytics: first-party, cookieless page-view and time-on-page counts (no cross-site tracking, no advertising identifiers), plus anonymised PostHog, Microsoft Clarity, and Google analytics only if you consent via the cookie banner (see the cookie policy).
How we use it
To provide the Marketeer service: authenticating you, generating drafts, routing approvals, producing reports, supporting you. Never to train third-party LLM providers: see sub-processors.
Connected social accounts
If you connect a Facebook Page, Instagram professional account, or LinkedIn profile, we store an encrypted access token and the connected account’s name and id, solely so we can publish the posts you approve. We never post without your approval, and we never receive your social login password. You can disconnect any account at any time from your Marketeer connections page, which deletes the stored token immediately. Removing the Marketeer app from your Facebook settings, or requesting deletion through Facebook, triggers our automated deletion of the data we obtained via that login; you can also email gethelp@marketeerlabs.com.
Lawful basis
For customers: performance of our contract with you (the Terms of Service) and legitimate interest in operating the service. For business customers who need one, our standard data processing addendum is available from the DPA page.
For marketing site visitors: legitimate interest in measuring product interest, with cookies set only after consent (see cookie policy).
Who we share data with
Only the sub-processors listed on the sub-processors page, and only the minimum data required for the specific task.
Retention
We retain your workspace data (briefs, assets, performance data, activity history) while your account is active, so your history stays complete. When you close your account we delete production copies within 30 days, as set out in the Terms.
Your rights
You can delete your account and all your data yourself, at any time, from Settings → Danger zone — it removes your data across our systems immediately and cancels any subscription. We keep only what the law requires (billing and tax records, security logs, and your email-unsubscribe status). For access, rectification, portability, or any other request, write to gethelp@marketeerlabs.com and we will respond within 30 days.
International transfers
Our primary database is hosted in the EU (eu-west-1, Ireland). Some sub-processors process data in the US under UK- and EU-approved transfer mechanisms: our hosting and email providers, workflow engine, AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic), and voice synthesis.
