Your data, kept safe
Your business. Your data. Your call.
You are trusting us with your brand and your customer list, so here is the plain version. Your data is yours. It is kept safe. We never train public AI models on your stuff. And you can export or delete it whenever you like.
A simple, safe sign-in
You pick a password, and we email you a six-digit code to confirm it is really you. Sign-in is run by Clerk, so your password is never stored on our servers, and an account locks itself after ten wrong attempts. Payments are handled by Stripe, so we never see your card details.
Locked up, coming and going
Your data is encrypted on its way to us and while it sits with us, so a salon, a café, or a corner shop is held to the same standard. Think of it as a strong lock on the door and a safe inside.
We never train public AI on your stuff
Your brief, your brand, your customer list: none of it is used to train public AI models. What is yours stays yours, full stop.
Yours to export, anytime
Your posts, designs, plans, and reports belong to you. Download what you have made whenever you want, in formats you can actually use.
Delete it whenever you like
Change your mind? Delete your account and your data yourself, from Settings then Danger zone. It goes straight away and cancels your subscription with it. We keep only what the law requires: billing and tax records, a security log, and your unsubscribe status. No hoops, no awkward phone call.
Nothing ships without your yes
Kate and her team draft the work, but you have the final say on every campaign, post, and email. Not one word goes out without your approval.
What we are still building
Marketeer is a young product, and we would rather be honest than oversell. Here is what is already true today, and what we are working on next so you always know where you stand.
- Today: your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and we never train public AI on it.
- Today: export your work, and delete your account and your data yourself from Settings then Danger zone.
- Today: who helps us run the service, and where, is listed plainly on the sub-processors page.
- Next: one download with everything in it. Today you export your work a piece at a time, as PDF, CSV or Word.
