Credits are a size, not a price list. An image costs a little and a short clip costs a lot more, so the plans differ in how much room they give you rather than in a price per piece. Personal’s 500 credits a month is the same size as one top-up pack.

Your allowance resets at the start of each month. We email you when you reach 50%, 75%, 80% and 90% of it, so nothing runs out unannounced. Upgrade your plan or buy more credits when you need them.

What happens after the 14-day trial?

Your card is charged for the plan you picked unless you cancel before the trial ends. Cancel in time and nothing is charged, and your work stays saved.

Is there a way to try it without a card?

Yes. The free 7-day marketing plan needs no account and no card. The full trial takes a card to start.

Is there a version where someone runs it with me?

Yes. The Growth programme is a paid programme at £1,499 a month, excluding VAT and media, by application. You get the same team, up to two reviewed cycles a month, and a named human operator for onboarding and exceptions, on the same permissions as you. It is not a trial. Applying starts a conversation, not a checkout.

Which plan should I pick?

Personal covers one brand and its social calendar. Business adds a separate sign-off step and VAT invoices. Pro adds a record of campaign runs and approvals. Every post still needs your yes.

Who owns the content and my data?

You do. Everything the team produces is yours to keep and export anytime, and we never train public AI models on your work.

Can I switch plans or cancel?

Use Settings to change your plan or cancel. Upgrades take effect immediately. Cancellations and downgrades apply at the end of the paid period, and you keep access until then. Annual billing saves two months.

Where do I enter my card?

On Stripe's payment page. Card details never touch our servers. To create your account, pick a password and confirm your email with a six-digit code.
