Your AI marketing department
One goal. A team with work to do.
Give Kate an outcome. She helps turn it into a project, brings the right specialists together and reviews their work. You choose the routine and limits, then follow the day, week and month in one place.

Kate + twelve specialists
Shared context. Clear responsibilities.
Kate is your AI CMO. A project uses a selected team from twelve specialists, with a common goal and working brief. The proposed tasks and credit estimate are yours to review before work starts.
- MayaAccount Strategist

- PriyaMarket Analyst
- SamAudience Planner
- LeoMedia Planner
- NiaCopy Chief
- JoeCreative Director

Twelve specialists are available to the team. Every run does not need all twelve.
Six ways to contribute
Channel teams working towards one outcome.
Choose the channels that fit your goal. Each has a defined remit and useful internal outputs. A channel selection does not connect an account or authorize publication.
Search and localPriya leads the channel work
Research discoverability and useful local content.
- Sourced search-intent and local discovery findings
- Prioritised page/content and listing recommendations
- Draft page brief with measurable next steps
From work to delivery: Deliver sourced findings, exact page/listing drafts and an implementation checklist for review in the relevant site or listing tool.
Social and communityZoe leads the channel work
Plan content and coordinate the social calendar.
- Channel-specific content rhythm and post drafts
- Creative briefs and source-asset requirements
- Community response drafts for review
From work to delivery: Open the exact drafts/assets in the existing social workflow, select destinations, review media and schedule, then inspect delivery receipts.
Paid mediaLeo leads the channel work
Prepare media plans; spending needs separate authority.
- Channel/budget recommendation with assumptions
- Creative test brief and launch handoff
- Measurement plan and readout of available observations
From work to delivery: Use the exact paid proposal review for supported Meta traffic work; export the documented plan for unsupported objectives/platforms. Preparation never grants activation authority.
Website and conversionAva leads the channel work
Improve journeys and prepare measurable experiments.
- Landing-page copy and conversion recommendations
- Prioritised experiment plan with a decision rule
- Implementation handoff and available-results readout
From work to delivery: Deliver the exact page/content version and test plan to the existing content workflow or the site owner, with implementation and verification steps.
Email and lifecycleMarcus leads the channel work
Prepare nurture, retention and delivery plans.
- Welcome, nurture or reactivation sequence plan
- Email copy, subject lines and eligibility checklist
- Measurement definitions and available engagement readout
From work to delivery: Review the sequence and exact audience rules in the existing email flow, verify sender/eligibility and inspect actual send receipts separately.
Partnerships and referralsMaya leads the channel work
Develop partner and referral opportunities.
- Sourced partner shortlist with fit rationale
- Outreach and referral-offer drafts
- Co-marketing plan and outcome tracking brief
From work to delivery: Deliver the sourced shortlist, exact outreach drafts and proposed terms to the owner for the appropriate relationship/outreach workflow.
Supported external actions depend on the connected workflow and its current permissions. Meta paid actions have a narrower scope: existing-image, static Facebook Feed traffic ads, with preparation, activation and pause separately approved and enabled.
A record you can return to
Today’s work. This week’s record. The longer view.
Open a daily, weekly or monthly briefing, filtered by goal or channel. Inspect the exact saved work from that period, with current tasks and next planned runs shown separately. Each project keeps its run history and linked specialist work.
- Day
- Open the daily briefing for saved deliverables, current work and next planned runs. Open View delivery coverage on a run to check the specialist reports and Kate's summary separately, then open the mission to review the work.
- Week
- Use the weekly briefing to open exact saved versions from the selected week, filtered by goal or channel team. Current work and schedules are shown separately. Eligible social copy can move into editable Calendar drafts for you to finish and review.
- Month
- Review the monthly briefing and saved report history against your project limits. Read saved observations with their sources and measurement windows. Delivery counts and owner-reported observations are not verified sales, bookings or return on spend.
Reports distinguish delivered, blocked and failed work. They do not turn a finished draft into a published campaign or a measured sale.
A brief, then clear limits
Start with the work that matters.
Give Kate an outcome
Open Create project. Ask Kate for a plan, or write the brief yourself. Confirm the audience, offer and measure of progress. Leave an unknown baseline blank.
Review the team and the work
Choose the channel teams, then check the proposed specialists, deliverables and assumptions. For social-only copy, choose Social text drafts to use Nia, Zoe and Grace, coordinated by Kate. Choose the broader plan when you need more than text drafts.
Choose a routine and limits
Run work when you ask, or choose a daily, weekly or monthly routine in your time zone. Set a credit limit per run and a maximum number of runs per month.
Decide when work starts
Leave internal-work permission unchecked to save a draft. Checking it authorizes the first run when you create the project, plus the saved routine within your limits.
Before the team starts.
What does autonomous mean here?
You can authorize internal research, drafting and reporting within a saved project and its limits. A server routine can request that work without your browser staying open. Publishing, sending, live website changes and spending need separate approval in a supported workflow.
Will all twelve specialists work on every project?
No. Kate coordinates a proposed team drawn from twelve specialists. Review the selected roles, tasks and credit estimate before authorizing work. Channel teams share specialists and a common brief.
Does choosing a channel connect it or publish anything?
No. Choosing a channel scopes the internal work. External delivery needs the relevant connection, supported destination, exact content and approval. Some outputs are recommendations or drafts for you to implement.
Can I pause work or change the limits?
Use the project controls to pause or resume future internal work and review its saved limits. A pause cannot undo work that was already admitted. Open the linked mission to check work already queued or running.
What does the briefing show?
It links to the exact saved deliverable versions from your selected day, week or month. Current tasks and next planned runs are shown separately from that historical work. Counts describe recorded internal work, not approval, publication or business results. Open saved report history for the reports recorded at the time.
How do I continue a project with Kate?
Open Continue this project with Kate and ask for a next brief using its saved work. The proposal costs one credit. Review the suggested changes before choosing to apply them. Applying updates the brief for future work and preserves the project's team, routine, permission and limits; it does not request a run. An already authorized routine can use the updated brief later.
Can I choose which projects get capacity?
Set simultaneous-run capacity and high, normal or low priorities for this business. See active work and projects waiting for review or a slot. Existing runs, including pending reviews and unknown outcomes, keep their slots. Saving capacity and priorities does not activate projects or grant internal-work permission. Queue order is not a promised start time.
What happens if work cannot start?
If a run is held, inspect its recorded reason. Also check the project permission, limits and existing work: a request that was not admitted may not create a run. A scheduled time is not proof of delivery. Model and connection failures are not replaced with invented results.
Will another routine run while I have work to review?
The project permits one active run at a time. Pending Kate acceptance, a required answer or unfinished work can keep that run open and hold the next routine. Open the current mission and resolve its review or question. Accept only work you have inspected; acceptance of Kate's summary does not approve every source or publish anything.
Does a finished run mean every item is ready?
Open View delivery coverage to see which specialists delivered, could not finish, stopped or are still pending. Kate's summary can be partial. Accepting that summary applies to its saved version only; each underlying draft still needs its own review.
What does a passed source review establish?
Grace records an AI assessment of each required saved report and supported social row. The server checks that those assessments refer to the expected versions and identifies missing, stale or duplicate entries. This establishes which work was assessed, not that every factual judgement is correct. Inspect the findings and original copy before accepting or using it.
How do I use Zoe's social copy?
Open Preview social drafts on Zoe's current report, inspect the exact copy and choose Save selected copy as drafts. Eligible rows become editable, unscheduled drafts in Calendar. Add any missing image and complete the separate review and delivery steps. Unsupported formats and unresolved placeholders stay held. Check business facts before using the draft.
Can I record what happened after a draft?
Open Delivery and observations for the saved draft. Record an owner-reported count, measurement window, time zone and source, or choose no data. A measured zero is different from no data. Your observation is associated with that draft; it does not verify publication or prove the copy caused the result.
Will Kate use those observations next time?
A later authorized run saves up to ten eligible earlier observations as context for its planning. That set stays fixed for the run. Saving an observation does not start work or change existing learning decisions. Review the next output to see whether the evidence supports its recommendations.
Does every agent note become knowledge for my next project?
No. Department specialists use the saved brief, owner-provided business knowledge and the run's evidence. They do not read or add to the shared store of unreviewed model notes. Saved learning decisions and observations keep their own review status and sources; their presence is not proof that a later recommendation used them correctly.
Can I see the model calls and their cost?
Open View model calls and reported cost on a run. It shows recorded phases, outcomes and available provider-reported cost for the displayed calls. Unknown cost stays unknown. The subtotal is not the full run cost and may exclude other services or unrecorded retries; it is separate from your credit allowance.
Are reports proof that my marketing is working?
Reports show recorded department activity and its coverage. Delivered work is not proof of publication or a business result. Business outcomes are not measured in these totals; missing evidence stays unknown. Owner-reported observations and model-call cost records remain separate evidence.
