Before you start
- An account. Sign up and your workspace is ready straight away, no setup call, no contract. The 14-day trial takes a card to start.
- A sentence about your business and what you want to make happen, more bookings, a quiet day filled, a launch.
- Optional: brand guidelines as a PDF or Word doc. Marketeer reads them into your brand memory so everything sounds like you.
- Optional: connect your accounts. Drafting, scheduling and approvals work today. Connect your social accounts and approved posts publish there with your yes. Kate writes your Google, Meta and LinkedIn ads in full and you launch them in your own ad account. See what each connection does.
Step 1: Tell Kate your goal
From the dashboard, open Kate, your CMO and tell her what you want in plain words. No forms, no jargon, no blank page. She briefs the right specialists and checks back in as the work lands.
Step 2: Start a campaign
Click New campaign, or pick a starter template that fits your kind of business. The brief is prefilled; edit anything that doesn’t match. Marketeer pulls out your goal, audience, budget, timing, channels, and the success metrics to watch, and flags anything it needs from you.
Step 3: Walk through the 12 steps
The left rail is your map. Each step is a named specialist you can open and talk to. Move through them in order or jump to where you need to be.
Capture your goal and the basics
Learn your brand and what you sell
Look at your market and competitors
Pin down who you’re talking to and what success looks like
Choose where to spend and how much
Write the words
Make the posts, ads, and images
Get your approval
Set the campaign live across your channels
Test what works
Track what it brought back
Report in plain English and remember it for next time
Step 4: Approve what goes out
Step 8 gathers everything waiting for your decision. Open any item to read the preview, tweak it, then approve, request changes, or send it back. Your decisions are recorded, and on Pro the audit log keeps every campaign run and approval decision.
Step 5: Launch when you are ready
Step 9 prepares your campaign for each channel. Nothing spends until you say so, and quick pre-launch checks (links, tracking, and the basics) run before the go button.
Step 6: See the week in Kate's chat
The week's measurements are written for the team: what ran, what happened and what to do next, from the accounts you connected. Where a number was not measured it says so. You see the week in Kate's chat, and a Friday email carries the same round-up.
