Plain-English summary
- Marketeer is a subscription service for planning and running your marketing. You own your content and your data; we process it only to run the service for you.
- Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime from your billing settings.
- You won’t use Marketeer for anything illegal or to spam people.
- We won’t use your data to train third-party AI models. Our AI providers are bound by the same.
- You can export your data anytime. When you close your account we delete production copies within 30 days.
- If we have an outage, we’ll tell you on the status page and put things right where the fault is ours.
1. Who we are, who you are
"Marketeer", "Marketeer Labs", "we", or "our" refers to Stash Invest Ltd, trading as Marketeer Labs, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 11300880, registered office: 35 Helen Thompson Close, Iwade, Sittingbourne ME9 8FX). "You" or "Customer" means the person or business that creates a Marketeer account. You must be 18 or over, and you confirm you are using Marketeer for business purposes.
2. The service
Marketeer is software that plans, drafts, and helps you run your marketing, with your approval at every step. Your use of the service is subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data inside your workspace on your behalf, our standard Data Processing Addendum applies; request it from the DPA page.
3. Trials, subscriptions, and billing
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. When the trial ends, your subscription starts and renews automatically (monthly or annually, as you chose) until you cancel. Payment is taken by our payment provider, Stripe; we never see your card details. Prices are shown on the pricing page and are exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Plans include a monthly credit allowance for AI work, and you can buy top-up packs. Credits reset at the start of each billing month and top-ups are consumed after your allowance. Credits have no cash value and are not refundable.
4. Cancelling, plan changes, and refunds
You can cancel or change plans anytime from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. We don’t give partial-period refunds as standard, but if something has genuinely gone wrong, contact us and we will be fair about it.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Marketeer to: (a) violate any law; (b) send unsolicited commercial messages contrary to PECR / GDPR / CAN-SPAM; (c) unlawfully target or exploit vulnerable individuals or groups; (d) publish content you don’t have the rights to; or (e) attempt to reverse-engineer the service or the model weights behind it. We may suspend accounts that break these rules, and will tell you why.
6. Your content and data
You retain all rights, title, and interest in the content you upload and the work Marketeer produces for you in your workspace. We process your data only to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy, and we do not use it to train third-party AI models. You can export your work at any time.
7. Service levels
We aim to keep Marketeer available around the clock and publish live availability on the status page. This is a good-faith aim rather than a contractual uptime guarantee. If a significant outage is our fault, contact us and we will put it right, which may include account credit where that is fair.
8. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other’s confidential information with at least the same care it uses for its own, and at minimum reasonable care.
9. Term and termination
These Terms apply while you have an account. Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days of written notice. When your account closes, you may export your data first; we delete production copies within 30 days of confirmed exit.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages. Each party’s total liability is capped at the fees paid in the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Changes to these Terms
If we make a material change to these Terms, we will tell you by email or in the app at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you keep using Marketeer after that, the new Terms apply.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be heard in the courts of London.
