Frequently asked
The questions owners actually ask
Getting started
Do I need to know marketing to use this?
No. That is the whole point. You tell Kate your goal in one sentence, more bookings, a quiet day filled, a launch, and her team of twelve work out the rest. They teach you the why as they go, so you learn a little each time.
Is it really free to start?
Yes. Sign up and your workspace is ready straight away, with no setup call. You build a full campaign with the whole team, and only pick a plan when you are ready to push it live.
How long until I see something useful?
Minutes. Tell Kate your goal and the team starts planning right away. Most owners have a first campaign drafted in their first sitting, ten minutes between customers is enough to make a start.
What if I just want a plan, not an account?
You can get a free 7-day marketing plan for your business with no account at all. When you want the team to actually do the work, sign up and carry on from there.
How it works
What does “a team of twelve” actually mean?
Each step of a campaign is run by a named specialist with one job: a strategist, a copywriter, a media planner, an analyst, and so on. Kate, your CMO, leads them. You can open any of them, see what they are working from, and pick up where they left off.
What are the 12 steps?
Brief, brand, research, audience, channels, messaging, creative, approvals, launch, experiments, performance, report. They run across three phases: plan and decide, create and approve, launch and learn.
Can I skip the parts I don’t need?
Yes. Every step is optional. Jump straight to the part you want, or let the full team run the whole loop. Nothing is locked, and you have the final say throughout.
Where does my work go?
Everything each specialist produces is saved to your workspace and exports to a clean PDF, so progress is never lost and is easy to share with your team or a client.
Approvals & launch
Does anything go out without me seeing it?
No. Not one word ships without your yes. The approvals step gathers everything waiting for your decision, so you can read each item, tweak it, then approve or send it back.
Does Marketeer publish ads automatically?
No. Marketeer prepares your ad campaigns as ready-to-launch drafts you set live in your own ad account. Direct ad-account connections (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) are coming; when they arrive, campaigns will still land paused and nothing will spend until you press the button yourself.
What does “approval” mean here?
Just your yes. There is no chain of sign-offs to chase: you are the owner, and you decide what goes live. Every decision is kept in your activity log so you can always see what happened and when.
How will I know if a campaign is working?
Each week Marketeer writes you a plain-English update: what you spent, what came back, what changed since last week, and the one thing to do next. Export it as a PDF or CSV any time.
Plans & billing
What does it cost?
A whole team, from £39 a month. There are three plans, Personal, Business, and Pro, with a currency toggle for GBP or USD and a choice of monthly or annual billing. Annual gives you two months free.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and you can cancel anytime. If you would rather not wait, you can skip the trial and subscribe now.
Which plan should I pick?
Personal if it is just you building your thing. Business if more than one person touches the marketing or you need proper invoices. Pro when you want publishing, social, and sales outreach run for you.
Where do I enter my card?
On Stripe’s secure payment page, so card details never touch our servers. Signing in is separate: you pick a password, and we email you a six-digit code to confirm your address.
