Tell it once. The whole team remembers.

Marketeer reads your website, keeps your voice, look and proof on one page, and learns from every change you make, so each draft starts from what you have already said.

The brief step: a goal written in plain words for a neighbourhood bakery, with boxes for budget, timing and what the team must say.
A brief in plain words, from the app's example bakery template.
  1. It starts with your website

Give Kate your website address and she reads it: what you sell, where you work, your opening hours, your social accounts, your colours and how you sound. You check what she found and correct anything she got wrong.

Kate's chat in the app: she asks what the business is called and what it sells, then offers to read the website.

  2. One page for how you look and sound

Your Brand Bible holds your story, your voice, your colours, fonts and logo, and your brand guide if you have one. The team writes and designs from it.

  3. Proof points keep claims honest

Proof points are the things you can back up, like “family run” or “open seven days”. Kate suggests some from your website, and every post is checked against them before it goes out.

  4. Change a draft once, and it sticks

When you edit a draft, the team notices. Your changes become short writing rules, like “cut the exclamation marks”, that later drafts follow. You can see and delete each rule on your Brand Bible.

  5. Tell Kate once, and everyone knows

Anything you tell Kate is remembered by the whole team. Upload a menu, a price list or last year's plan, even a photo of one, and it is read into Your Brain. Correct a note, or tell the team to forget it.

  6. Last week shapes next week

Friday's receipt and your Brand Bible feed Sunday's draft, and the notes you send back on a campaign are remembered for the next one.

What is live, and what is not

Questions owners ask

What if the scan gets something wrong?

Correct it. Your Brand Bible is yours to edit, and the team writes from what you changed, not from the scan.

Can I see what the team knows about my business?

Yes. Your Brain lists every fact you have told the team and every file you have uploaded, and you can correct or forget any of them. The writing rules it learned from your edits are on your Brand Bible.
